- Jacob Lang, a pardoned Jan. 6 rioter, was arrested for destroying an anti-ICE sculpture at the Minnesota state capitol, valued at $6,250, and now claims he was exercising his First Amendment right to artistic expression, according to a probable cause statement.
- Lang was captured on video kicking apart the sculpture, changing the message from "PROSECUTE ICE" to "PRO ICE", and later told the prosecuting attorney that he was "creating art", despite the sculpture being someone else's property.
- Lang has been involved in other controversies, including participating in a march against Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan, and being ejected from a Minneapolis tavern for harassing staff and threatening to call ICE on employees, as reported by Raw Story.
